The one-story street wing oriented to the northeast generates into a two-story layered southeast wing. This two-story component clearly marks the main access situation here. At the same time, the street frontage towards Rebhanngasse is cut back in the corner area to the southern cul-de-sac, so that a more generous inviting spatial gesture is created for access to the main entrance.

On the one hand, the urban location of the new building ties in with the future built framework of the district and, on the other hand, allows for an expansion of the park and green space. As a spatial ensemble with the architecture, it is necessary to develop and depict the most diverse qualities. A practicable spatial zoning of the individual requirements with different user groups is necessary while maintaining a continuous landscape that is defined by vegetative elements and integrates and incorporates necessary borders and boundaries in terms of design. The school garden is divided into the four required sub-areas, each of which connects to a generous terrace area in front of the building and is accessed from it.

The organization of the building remains, as before, simple and clear: All central and common areas are located in the center, in the middle of the "boomerang". The floor plan solutions of the educational areas in their juxtaposition of educational spaces and multifunctional zones remain intact. The numerous, differently configured terraces allow for a variety of uses, create good structural sun protection, and give the building a lively expression, especially towards the park.

The architectural structuring of the building is achieved through staggering, terracing, projections and recesses of the balcony and terrace areas accompanying the facades, which provide good shading. The greening of the facade not only plays the important climatic and ecological role, but is also used to divide the building into smaller scale sections: The climbing plants each combine two floors

in a staggered manner. A possible adaptation of the facades or even a deconstruction is achievable by dismantling with simple means, a recycling of these elements included. The façade modules are wooden construction frame elements, screwed for common disassembly, using solid wood parts with the exclusion of glued panels as far as possible.

With its urban positioning and its timeless and functionally open architecture, the building lays excellent foundations for longevity and flexibility of use.
