Access to the reception and daytime restaurant is close to the existing residential boxes and thus forms a link between the new and the existing buildings. Paths made in the green areas bring visitors to the individual boxes.
On a neighbouring site to the southwest of the residential boxes built in 2010, 16 further boxes have been erected along with a daytime restaurant and a wellness building.

As the restaurant and wellness facility are to be accessible to hotel guests, they are placed centrally. Connecting paths lead from the existing complex to the site opposite. A timber frame construction system was used for all the new buildings.
The architectural design of all the new buildings is based on the concept of the existing boxes, ensuring that they fit ideally into their surroundings. All the buildings are clad with vertical boarding. The concept envisages prefabricated or partly prefabricated construction for all the timber buildings.
Access to the reception and daytime restaurant is close to the existing residential boxes and thus forms a link between the new and the existing buildings. Paths made in the green areas bring visitors to the individual boxes.
